Screenprint Ride XL, 2 parts, 70x100cm

Sale price£150.00

This print is based on the bike that Eddie Merckx used for his “Hour Record” 1972 in Mexico City.

The big size gives the impression of having a real bike on the wall.

“Ride as much or as little, or as long or as short as you feel. But ride.”
A quote from Mr Merckx that we really like and the reason we gave this print the name “Ride”.

Handprinted with Swedish grace and Finnish sisu

Titled and signed with pencil (L. E. TANTTU).
Limited and numbered edition of 750.

Rolled and packaged with care.

About the Brand

Jollygoodfellow mixes with no respect old and new, city and nature, high tech and low tech in block printing, screen printing and other experiments. We like to work with the entire process from idea to the tangible work with screenprinting, the editions are therefore small.

Jollygoodfellow is a duo consisting of Esa and Lisa Tanttu, Esa is also working with graphic design and it happens that he puts on his pop-jeans and plays drums. Lisa has studied art pedagogy at Konstfack and is more interested in how images affect us.
