Orders can be placed directly on our website. Select your items, choose size or variation if applicable, and complete the checkout process.
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@blabar.london immediately. We can only guarantee changes before your order is dispatched.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout.
Yes. All payments are processed securely via trusted providers using SSL encryption to protect your data.

Shipping

UK orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days once dispatched. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or to remote areas. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may be delayed. Allow up to 10 working days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
Tracking delays can happen, particularly during busy periods. This does not always mean the parcel is lost. We kindly ask that you allow up to 10 working days after the estimated delivery date for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact hello@blabar.london immediately. We will open a lost-parcel claim with the carrier and guide you through your options for a replacement or refund.
Yes. Select “Pick up” at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 1–2 days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. All returns must be sent via a tracked shipping method. Email hello@blabar.london to start a return. See our Returns Policy for complete instructions.
Direct exchanges are not available. To replace an item, return the original and place a new order.
Eligible online purchases may be returned to our London store. Bring your order confirmation.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Timing may vary depending on your bank.
Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care items.
