Our trays are FSC-marked which ensures that all registered forest plantations only cut down trees according to very strict norms and regulations. Also the rights of the local inhabitants and forest workers are respected. When you choose a FSC marked product you show that you care for our nature and environment, just as we do. Thank you! 

Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Otherwise, delivery is £3.95.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Christmas, order processing can take up to 4 business days.

Once your product has shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page. 

We also offer free pick up at our store in London. At checkout select the 'Pick up in-store' option. After you have received your email confirmation, you will receive a second email once the order is ready for collection. Expect it to be ready in 1-2 days.
