Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method. This ensures your item reaches us safely and allows us to process your refund promptly. Items sent without tracking may not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us at hello@blabar.london. Returns should be sent to 3A Lacy Road, London, SW15 1NH. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalised products, and personal care goods such as beauty items. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if you are unsure about your item.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. To replace an item, return the original and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact hello@blabar.london.
