1. Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Christmas, order processing can take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

2. Shipping Times
We ship from our shop in Putney, Greater London, SW15 1NH. We currently only ship to the UK, due to Brexit rules and regulations, and you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days.

3. Shipping Costs
Orders under £50 will be charged £3.95 for shipping. Orders over £50 will have free shipping.

4. Local Pick-Up
We currently offer free pick up at our location in Putney. At check out select the 'Pick up in-store' option. After you have received your email confirmation, you will receive a second email once the order is ready for collection. Expect it to be ready in 1-2 days. You can also choose a date you would like to collect it.

Orders collected in store will have no shipping cost added, no matter the value of the order.
