Shipping policy

Overview

We aim to deliver all orders safely and efficiently. Orders are processed and dispatched by Royal Mail under their standard terms and conditions, which you can read here. Occasionally, alternative carriers may be used to ensure timely delivery.

Orders are packaged carefully to protect the contents during transit. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may be delayed. Allow up to 10 business days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days for UK addresses once dispatched. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or to remote areas.

Delivery Cost

Shipping costs £3.95 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 ship free.

In-Store Pick Up

Select “Pick up” at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 1–2 days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, a lost-parcel claim will be opened with the carrier. You may choose a replacement if available or a full refund. Some carriers, including Royal Mail, require a Denial of Receipt (DOR) form. Refunds or replacements are processed promptly once submitted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
