Pearl sugar is sugar crystals which are compressed into blocks and then crushed and sieved. Perfect for decoration when you bake bread and cakes. Brush buns with a simple syrup once baked and sprinkle these on top for a crunchy sweet finish. Can be added before baking too, but may melt a little.

Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50, otherwise, delivery is £3.95.
Once we have processed your order, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days.
We also offer free pick up at our store in London. At checkout select the 'Pick up in-store' option. After you have received your email confirmation, you will receive a second email once the order is ready for collection. Expect it to be ready in 1-2 days.
